Dr. Carl Bridges
Dr. Bridges is the Assistant Vice President of Academic Affairs for Career Education Corporation. Responsible for academic staff management and development, he has created and implemented innovative strategies and programs to improve faculty and staff development.
Dr. Bridges has been a Dean of Business Programs at DeVry University in Chicago responsible for Business Programs. He has consulted as an entrepreneur in the areas of leadership, coaching, facilitation, teaming, communication, diversity, conflict resolution, and other areas of organizational behavior with Andersen Consulting, Millward Brown International, and Harley Davidson Motor Company. He has instructed in the areas of organizational behavior and human resource management. He was a Senior Consultant at Andersen Consulting Education and the Director of Student Affairs/Associate Professor for the College of Business at Ohio University.
Dr. Bridges earned his Doctorate of Education from Northern Illinois University. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from Bradley University, and a BS degree from The University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, IL.
